At Canadian Protein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
